Report code help

Bought a bundle? Your extra report codes let you run additional vehicle checks. Each code is 6 characters, for example A1B2C3.

Enter a code on the Redeem page to generate another report. Codes are not case sensitive.

Refund request

Your full report is generated and delivered the moment you order it. Once a report has been delivered, we are not able to refund it. You can read the details in our refund policy.

If you were charged but never received a report, that is different. Get help below and we will sort it out for you.

Missing or incorrect info

Report data comes directly from official DVLA and industry sources. Some fields are blank because the source holds no record for that vehicle, which is normal and not an error.

If a specific field genuinely looks wrong, get help below and tell us what you expected.

How quickly will I get my report?
Your report is shown straight after payment, and you can reopen it any time from this page using Find your report.
How long can I access my report?
Your report stays available for 30 days from the purchase date. Reopen it any time within that window using Find your report above.
What are report codes for?
Report codes come with bundle purchases. Each 6-character code is redeemed on the Redeem page to generate one additional vehicle report.
Why is a field on my report blank?
Report data comes from official DVLA and industry sources. A blank field usually means the source holds no record for that item on that vehicle, which is normal and not an error.
I used the wrong email or registration at checkout.
Use the exact email you paid with. If the registration was mistyped at checkout, choose "Missing or incorrect info" so it can be looked at.
Do you offer phone support?
Almost everything is resolved instantly here. For the small number of genuine issues that need a person, we respond within 24 hours, usually much sooner.
