2. Eligibility and Use of Services

2.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services and enter into these Terms.

2.2. Geographic Scope: Our services are exclusively for UK customers checking UK-registered vehicles. We do not provide checks for vehicles registered outside the United Kingdom.

2.3. Account-Free Service: No user accounts are required. Each report is purchased individually and delivered via email.

2.4. Acceptable Use: You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Our Services

Carpeep provides comprehensive vehicle history reports for UK-registered vehicles based on information from multiple official sources:

  • DVLA vehicle registration data
  • Insurance write-off databases
  • Finance agreement records
  • Police theft databases
  • MOT history and mileage records
  • Vehicle specifications and ownership history

3.1. Reports are generated digitally and delivered via email within seconds of payment completion.

3.2. Report Validity: Reports are valid for 30 days from the date of generation. This limitation is due to restrictions imposed by our data providers, who require that vehicle history information be current and up-to-date. After 30 days, you will need to purchase a new report to access the most recent information available.

4. Accuracy and Limitations

Important Notice:

While we strive to provide accurate and comprehensive information, our reports are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional vehicle inspections or expert advice.

4.1. Data Sources: We rely on third-party data providers and official UK databases. We cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all information as it depends on data availability and reporting by third parties.

4.2. Not a Guarantee: Our reports do not constitute a warranty or guarantee about the condition, safety, or value of any vehicle.

4.3. Professional Inspection: We strongly recommend having any vehicle professionally inspected by a qualified mechanic before purchase.

4.4. Historical Data: Reports reflect historical data available at the time of generation. Recent events may not yet be recorded in official databases.

4.5. User Responsibility: You are responsible for verifying critical information and making informed decisions based on multiple sources.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1. Pricing: All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
